Our Products
Pellets / Extrudate
Carbon carrier and energy source for electric arc furnaces.
KCP pellets are produced in our own extrusion plant in Ladbergen. In this process, various fossil carbons are mixed with a binder and pressed through a die under high pressure. The pellets are dried in a subsequent drying stage.
Delivery / collection is carried out either loose in tipper trucks or packaged in big bags.
In a forward-looking approach, biocarbons are also processed in this procedure.

Anthracite Coal
As a carbon carrier and energy source, available in wet and dry form in silo vehicles, big bags, and tipper trucks.
Grain size: 0.5-2.0 mm / 1.0-3.0 mm / 2-6 mm / 8.0-16.0 mm / 10-25 mm
Injection Coal / Foaming Coal
The melting process of steel scrap requires a controlled foaming slag practice to protect the furnace wall from direct thermal radiation.
